Norman Bruce Kelly

Born on July 26, 1949 at Fayetteville, he was the son of the late Raymond Theodore Kelly and Ruby Othella Wood Kelly Conley.

He was a Coal Miner, Construction worker, and a jack of all trades. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening and spending time with his many friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Carl, Larry, Charlie, Tommy, Theodore and Emory; and his sister, Delma.

Left to cherish his memory include his partner: Rhonda Miller; brothers:, James Kelly and Dale Kelly; sisters: Ida (Eddie) Bragg, Jannie Smith, Cheryl ( Harold) Adkins, Pam Crawford, and Ruth (Raymond Kawka) Highfield; grandchildren: Aaron Ombler and Dustin Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Pastor Mike Hicks officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
