

Dolores Guzman, 85, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at her home. Born on August 6, 1938, in the Dominican Republic to the late Daniel and Rosamelia Pichardo.
In pursuit of a brighter future, Dolores, alongside her husband Francisco Javier Guzman, ventured to New York, where they built a life together and raised their daughter. During her time in New York, Dolores found fulfillment in her work, crafting jewelry for the esteemed Miss America Pageants, showcasing her creativity and skill.
In the late 1980s, drawn by the allure of Palm Coast, Florida, Dolores and Francisco embarked on a new chapter, captivated by the promise of their dream home and the vibrant community. Dolores dedicated herself to her work at American Radionics until her retirement.
In 1997, Dolores faced the loss of her beloved husband, Francisco, a moment that marked a profound chapter in her life. Despite the challenges, Dolores remained resilient, finding solace in the love of her family and the embrace of cherished pastimes.
Dolores possessed a vibrant spirit and a zest for life. She found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it be indulging in a game of Bingo, dancing to her favorite Spanish music with her husband, and listening to relaxing classical music. Her passion for life extended to her love for shopping, where she exhibited an unmatched enthusiasm that brought laughter and joy to those around her.
Dolores will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted daughter Frances and son-in-law Tamer Kharuf, her adoring grandsons Joshua (Maria Ohlrich), Joseph (Eliya Ohlrich), Colin (Damaris Ohlrich), Christopher Ohlrich, Kalib Kharuf, and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
