Frances T. Parker, 93, of Palm Coast, Florida entered into rest September 8, 2023 with her family by her side. Frances was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Clarence and Letitia Dinkens on May 23, 1930. Raised in Culpeper, Virginia. She was a joy to be around uplifting those around her. Frances loved crocheting, knitting and cooking lots of food for her family. She also enjoyed listening to spiritual music and gardening.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband Harrison Parker, Sr, whom she was married to for 60 years
Frances is survived by her children, Linda Parker, Harrison (wife, Shelly) Parker, Jr, Deborah Reveres, 6 grandchildren , 11 great grandchildren, her brothers, Frank Dinkens and Ernest Dinkens, and many other family and friends who loved her dearly. Frances was a wonderful woman who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Visitation will be held at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Saturday, September 30 from 10-11am with a Funeral Service at 11am with Burial to follow at Flagler Memorial Gardens.
