

Gregg L. Clark, 69, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on December 29, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on January 11, 1955, in Los Angeles, California, to the late Ray and Barbara Clark, Gregg lived a life full of dedication, service, and love. He enlisted in the United States Navy and proudly served aboard the USS Enterprise during the Vietnam Conflict. After his honorable discharge, Gregg pursued a career as a building inspector with the state of California, contributing to the construction of many iconic structures, including high-rise buildings in Los Angeles, Disneyland buildings, the University of California Merced, and the USC Hospital.
Following his retirement from the state, Gregg continued his career in private consulting. He was a member of the Local #12 Engineers Union.
In 2000, Gregg met the love of his life, Asuncion “Siony” Potenciano. They were married in 2005 and relocated to Palm Coast, Florida, in 2021.
Gregg had many passions, including fishing, surfing, gold mining, metal detecting, coin collecting, and target shooting. His greatest love, however, was spending time with his family and his three beloved dogs.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 19 years, Siony; children, Oliver (Jemmalyn) Gaudier, Jennifer (Cris) Vergara, Romeo (Amor) Gaudier, Ivy (Maverick) Whittaker, and Chrissie Clark; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and his cherished dogs, Loompya, Biscuit, and Christmas.
Gregg will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love, service, and dedication will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
A visitation for Gregg will be held Sunday, January 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Craig-Flagler Palms, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136, followed by a funeral service at 6:30 PM.
