I remember joining the family for weekends at Darien Lake. Helen loved Poka music and dancing to it and I remember learning about it during those weekends. Helen was always very generous and welcoming, wether it be inviting me on those weekends away or inviting me to stay over for dinner any given weeknight. I have wonderful memories of Helen as a very kind mother to Colleen and Tom, and who allowed me to join in on their family fun. She was loved and she will be missed.

We have so many fond memories! When I think of you I can’t help remember your never-ending smile, infectious laugh and late-night dancing with Polka Joe. We will miss you terribly, but know you are dancing in heaven!
