Phyllis T. Robbins

Florida died on Monday June 17, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the

late Dr. Harold Robbins and the late Lawrence Scheffler. She was the loving

mother of the late Dr. Bruce Robbins (Patricia), of Dr. Amy Robbins (Neil

Schaye), and of Jonathon Robbins (Corinne); proud grandmother of Heather

Sheets (Ryan), Brian Robbins (Mariana), Scott Robbins, Alyssa Robbins (Tim

Martinelli) and Hillary Robbins (Andy Mullins); adoring “Gigi” to Hannah, Brooke,

Caleb, Jacob, Reid, and Elie; dear sister to the late Sam Tessel (the late Edna),

the late Teddy Tessel (the late Edith), and to Maxine Dreizen (the late Cel).

Phyllis was an educator and an astute lifelong learner. Memorial contributions

may be made to the Early Childhood Center at Congregation BJBE in Deerfield,
