Visitation will be held on July 31, 2019 at 11:00 am at Smith Funeral Home.

Rosary will be held on July 31, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass will be held on August 1, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church.

They were preceded in death by Henry C Jasek (Father), Hedwig Klekar Jasek (Mother), Jimmie Stryk (Husband). They are survived by Allan Stryk (Son), Cyndi Stryk (Daughter-in-law), Ken Stryk (Son), Phyllis Teykl (Daughter), Tom Teykl (Son-in-law), Joan Gifford (Daughter), Dennis Gifford (Son-in-law), Yvonne Vinklarek (Daughter), Darrel Vinklarek (Son-in-law), Amber Skillern (Grandchild), Kevin Gifford (Grandchild), Shannon Vinklarek (Grandchild), Dillon Vinklarek (Grandchild), Gwen Skillern (Great Grandchild), Sam Skillern (Great Grandchild), Henry Joe Jasek (Brother), Angeline Jalufka (Sister).
