Leone was extremely dedicated to her Catholic faith. She was a faithful member of St. Robert Catholic Church and sang in the choir for over thirty years, an endeavor that led her to sing at the Vatican. Her commitment to her faith was further exemplified by her time spent attending the Adrian Dominican Convent for one year.
Beyond her religious devotion, Leone loved to travel and had a deep affection for her cats. She also enjoyed reading, which was one of her cherished pastimes.
Leone's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Leone leaves to cherish her memory her sister Annette C. Sherman, brother John B. (Jan) Pintal and several nieces and nephews.
Leone was preceded in death by many loving family members.
A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Robert Catholic Church, located at 310 N. Cherry Street, Flushing, Michigan.
