Ann Sklow passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, September 21, 2014. Beloved wife of Joseph Sklow (August 28, 1999). Loving mother of Dr. JoAnn Sklow, Robert Sklow (Kim) and Thomas Sklow (Gina). Cherished "Nan" of Casey Ann, Charlotte Lynn, Kenan Joseph and Arthur Joseph. Ann, a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother and educator, had an early career as a chemist at Pfizer and after raising her family taught early elementary education in the New York City Public Schools. Friends and family may visit the funeral home on Thursday 2-5 & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 9:30am at St. Andrew Avellino Church. Burial to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
