Born in the vibrant city of Acapulco, Mexico, Antonio carried the warmth, strength, and generosity of his roots throughout his life. At a young age, he made the courageous journey to the United States, ultimately calling New York City his home for the past 45 years. NYC was where he built his life, raised his family, and contributed to the community around him.
A man defined by humility, dedication, and an unmatched work ethic, Antonio spent his life working in the restaurant industry, a field in which he poured his heart, skill, and discipline. Whether he was behind the bar, on the floor, or helping keep a business running, he approached every task with pride and integrity. His coworkers respected him, and countless customers experienced his kindness and positive attitude through the service he helped provide.
Yet, above all his accomplishments, Antonio's greatest pride was his family. He was a loving and steadfast husband, a guiding and protective father, and a joyful, deeply affectionate grandfather. His family was his life’s purpose, and he dedicated every day—every sacrifice, every long hour, every effort—to giving them comfort, stability, and love.
His legacy lives on in the values he instilled: resilience, compassion, respect, and an unwavering commitment to those we love. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of his wife Donna, his children Tony and Dana, his grandchildren Junior and Frank, and all who were blessed to know him.
We will remember him for his funny ways, strength, his warm smile, and the love he gave freely and without condition.
