A visitation for Celia will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, followed by a religious service from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
