Charles was a beloved brother to Thomas (Stacey) Ballis and James (Eula) Ballis. He was a loving uncle, cousin, and friend.
Visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on January 21, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. Demetrios' Greek Orthodox Church, 84-35 152nd St, Jamaica, NY 11432, on January 22, 2026, at 9:30 am.
Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, on January 22, 2026.
Charles will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
