Constantine Cassolas, age 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 22, 2015 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was a resident of the Long Island State Veterans Home in Stony Brook, NY from April of 2010 until his death. Constantine, known to his friends as "Dino", was born in Bronx, NY on December 5, 1933, and worked as a Distinguished Professor of Music at The City College of New York until his retirement. He is predeceased by his sister, Penny, and his brothers, William and Peter and is survived by several nieces and nephews. The final resting place for Constantine's cremains will be Long Island National Cemetery
