Dominick Caruso

Dominick Caruso, 81, passed away on May 16, 2026. Born on March 20, 1945, Dominick will be remembered as a true gentleman—steadfastly respectful, tender at heart, and devoted to the people he loved. His warmth was often felt in quiet, thoughtful ways. Dominick loved his devoted wife of 56 years, his children and most of all his grandchildren, his family was his everything. He valued family and friends deeply, holding close the bonds of lifelong friendship, and he took simple, genuine joy in good food shared in good company. He loved the joy of laughter when spending time with friends and family.

Dominick was the beloved husband of Nancy Caruso. He was the loving father of Deborah (Chris) Kimball and Salvatore (Johanna) Caruso, and the cherished grandfather of Hunter, Alex, Siena and Dominic. He was also the dear brother of Josephine Seabury.

Visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Luke Roman Catholic Church, 16-34 Clintonville St, Whitestone, NY 11357, on Friday. May 22, 2026, at 9:00 am .

Interment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, on May 22, 2026.
