Ellen Katherine Cmar

Ellen Katherine Cmar went home to Jesus on December 12, 2021. Ellen was born on February 20, 1953 in Corona, Queens to the late Matthew and Helen Wood. Ellen was a devoted wife to George, a loving mother and mother in law to Keri, Candice, Scott and Michael and the world’s greatest RaRa to Scottie, Liliana, Logan and Cole. Ellen was known for her unconditional love and support she had for her family and friends. Her heart was pure and her warmth for others was infectious. The love she shared and gave will be missed by so many. Heaven has gained an angel.

A visitation for Ellen will be held Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. Also on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held December 16, 2021 from 9:45AM to 10:30AM at St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, 56-15 13th St Bayside NY 11364. Committal Service to Follow at St. Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale NY, 11735.
