Helen Lawry passed away on September 19, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Gerald. Loving mother of Suzan Lawry , Sherin Barreno (Jose) , Donna Azzopardi (Mike), Kathy Rauchett (JR), Colleen Leggio(Joe), Lynda Lawry , Paula Castillo (Freddy) and the late Denise Connors. Cherished grandmother of Justine, Sean, Patrick, Kevin, Joey, Catherine, Jessica, Jenna, Janelle, John, Matthew, Jason, Jimi, Michael, Amy, Nick, Steven, Madison and Shane. Devoted great grandmother of Mikey, Alexandrea, Charleelynne, Dakota, Hunter, Kiara, Dillian and Brianna. A gentle woman who enjoyed the simple things in life as such as flowers and the rain.

Funeral arrangements are under the Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, New York 11358.

The family of Helen Lawry will be receiving visitors at the Frederick Funeral Home on Monday, September 21, 2015 and Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 9:45am, St. Kevin R.C. Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery.
