Her passing has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Maria’s heart and home were always open to all, making everyone feel welcome and a part of the family.

May you carry with you the memory of her infectious smile and the profound impact she left on everyone touched by her warmth and kindness. She possessed a rare gift of love that she shared generously with those who crossed her path. Above all, her passion for family guided everything she did.

Though her physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us.

Maria is the beloved wife of Athanasios. Loving mother of Peter (Maria), Angela (Serafim) and Nicholas. Cherished grandmother of Costas, Thomas, Amanda and Maria. Dear sister of Petros, Peter and John. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews in the United States and Greece.

A visitation for Maria will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, June 18, 2025, 11:30 AM at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church, 196-10 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358. A graveside service will follow at Flushing Cemetery, 163-6 46th Ave, New York, NY 11358.
