In Loving Memory of a Radiant Soul: Wife, Mother, Sister, and Star
Some people do not merely walk through life; they dance through it, leaving a trail of light, grace, and unshakeable strength long after they are gone. She was one of those rare souls—the strongest, kindest, most generous, and greatest mother, wife, and sister. Raised in Astoria, she grew up anchored by a deep and abiding love for her parents and her three siblings. She was a woman of extraordinary talent and warmth, who would go on to touch countless lives with her radiant spirit.
Her life was marked early on by an elegance and drive that took her all the way to an iconic NYC stage. She became a star among stars as a Radio City Rockette. Yet, her true calling was found in the family she built. She shared a beautiful life with her husband, Harry, and together they brought three children into the world who became her entire universe: Angelica, Aphrodite, and Nick. She raised them wonderfully, instilling in them her generous heart and her profound kindness. To her children, she was not just a mother; she was their protector, their guiding light, and their world.
When faced with a stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer diagnosis, she did not falter. For six remarkable years, she battled the disease with grace, dignity, and resilience. She was a true warrior in every sense of the word. Her strength, her unyielding spirit, and her profound love for life never dimmed, even on the hardest days. Instead, she turned her trial into a testimony of what it means to truly live.
Her journey became an enduring source of inspiration to all who crossed her path. Everyone who knew her loved her, touched by her warmth and lifted by her courage. Though her physical presence leaves an irreplaceable void, the legacy of her love, the memory of her high-kicking grace, and the example of her fierce devotion to her family will live on forever in the hearts of Harry, Angelica, Aphrodite, Nick, her siblings, and the countless friends who were blessed to know her.
In lieu of flowers: To honor her warrior spirit and help others fighting the same courageous battle, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the Neuroendocrine Cancer Foundation at www.ncf.net/donate.
