My heartfelt sympathy to Tess and the Enriquez family.
I felt deep sadness when I heard the passing of Noli.  Though I have known him for many years and he had retired since, it is as if it were only yesterday when I last saw him. I will always remember his cheery disposition and ever smiling face with the sincere welcoming gesture whenever he saw me at those times that I would occasionally dropped  by the IGT lab, and was always willing  to offer a helping hand. He would sometimes cracked Filipino jokes that would make me burst to laughter.  I will never forget  Noli for his  kind-hearted soul, who possessed such a noble and warm heart, for his generosity, loyalty, and his great concern  and  intense love for his family. He  will always be remembered in prayers. Rest in Peace Noli!

I met Noli at Rogosin institute.  I am inspired by his dedication to work and his joyous attitude when he worked. He taught me so much in HLA and he always made me laugh at work.  We will miss you. Condolences to the family.
