Four years have passed yet I still  often think and speak of my dear friend. Ironically, Rob's ashes are interred directly across from and within view of Kissena Golf Course, where we spent many warm summer afternoons enjoying a few beers and a round of golf. To this day, whenever I am there, I look across the street and, though sad, still smile remembering those good times. Looking back, it was never really about the golf, but more about all the laughter and enjoyment of time spent with the best friend God ever blessed anyone with. Man, what I wouldn't give for one more round. Til we meet again RIP my friend.

Yesterday we were lucky enough to visit Notre Dame in Paris. I lite a candle for you-still in disbelief that I can’t see you anymore. I think about you and miss you all the time.

I have so many fond memories of Uncle Robert. I feel so fortunate to have developed a closer relationship while living in one of his buildings in Corona. We saw each other several times a week and just chatted. He took care of me as if I were a daughter and will always be grateful for that. I will miss him very much. My condolences to Aunt Ann, Lauren, and Susie

Susan shared so many great stories about her dad with me through the course of our friendship over several years that it feels like I knew him well, even though I only had the pleasure of meeting him in person a handful of times. I loved hearing about her annual father and daughter outings to watch tennis at the US Open, or funny conversations she would have with him while watching some of their favorite shows at home. My most memorable comment that Susan has made to me is how much her parents were in love with each other, even after all this time. Such a wonderful and rare thing to find, and I know he will be terribly missed. He was always incredibly welcoming and gracious whenever I saw him, and he very clearly loved his wife and two daughters very much. Sending my regards to Susan and the rest of her family and close friends who knew and loved him.
