Salvatore D. D'Onofrio passed on May 30, 2015. Beloved son of Salvatore D'Onofrio and the late Josephine A. D'Onofrio. Loving brother of Joseph, Raymond, Cara & (Shawn) Hayes. Cherished uncle of Connor.

The family of Salvatore D. D'Onofrio will be receiving visitors at the Frederick Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Kevin RC Church at 10:45am on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Interment Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery, Flushing, New York.
