My buddy Tom (Thomas R. Biniakewitz) miss you.

I am so very sorry to hear the passing of Thomas, as I always called him. “Tom B”& he always called me “D” ,  my heart is broken  ,having many many conversations with him by phone  discussing different cases & clients , the laughs , the laughs, finally meeting him  , the holiday parties , this is difficult , a young man gone too soon, May he rest in divine peace “Tom B” in divine peace

Tom Tom! I wish I was there to say goodbye but I know you are resting easy. I remember our long talks at the old NYC office and how you use to treat me with amazing breakfast. Just know I am praying for you and your family especially for your wife ! I know you are no longer in pain and suffering. 

I was shocked and devastated when I heard of Tom's passing.  I was so very fond of him.  We kept in touch by Facebook after he left Pasternack Tilker but I got to see him in person about a year ago at one of the Brehon events and was so happy to see him and give him a big hug.  He was one of a kind.  He used to bust my chops when he saw me on Facebook at any other stadium besides Citi Field.  He was such a huge fan of the Mets. He was such a wonderful soul and the thought that I will never see him again breaks my heart. We loved to discuss movies, restaurants, politics and family.  He loved his mom, his siblings and extended family and most of all his beautiful wife, Celeste.  She was his whole world and I had the privilege of being at their wedding.   It was truly a love story.  I pray for all those who loved him.  We were blessed to know him.

Tom was a great co-worker. Hard working and very honest. He will be missed.

We are extremely saddened to hear of Tommy’s passing. We all lost a very caring and sympathetic person with a pure heart. Tommy always saw the best in his family and friends, just about anyone he came in contact with. He was such a bright light in so many lives. Even reading these condolences, it just reassures me that we were never mistaken of this.

Tom was a great coworker and a great friend. He always offered advise and help when asked. He was a fantastic person. It’s hard to see him gone so soon. He will be missed.

Thomas Biniakewitz I've always been appreciative of how we kept in touch all these years since 4th or 5th grade.. you've always been easy to speak to and always answered when called. You entrusted me when you were down and we worked things out..your were willing to go on a limb for me to help how you could. 
From the handball courts and swings of PS32 to mid 40's i love you brother. You are and will always be missed.

On behalf of my family I want to thank everyone who has sent well wishes and lovely comments. A sentiment I have seen reflected often is how giving or generous Tom was, all of which are unequivocally true as it relates to Tom. In fact, I would often say to Tom, “C’mon Tom, you’re too giving to everyone, you just met this person and now they are your best friend!” I would say it almost as if to lecture him but now it is I who is learning in his passing that I should try to be more like Tom. He did it to help, to make people feel a little better and all he wanted in return was a smile and a thank you: these comments certainly seem to be just that, “thanks a lot, Tommy!” I am constrained here with 2000 characters to comment as to Tom’s life, unfortunately while that is certainly not enough to say what a beautiful soul he was, ironically I submit we only need one word to comment as to who or what Tom was in living: Loving. Thank you everyone so much and when you think of Thomas, please remember something funny he said or did because he’d want you to laugh with him when you think about him.

This saddening news of your passing is like a punch in the gut!  Heaven has definitely gained one amazing angel.  I will forever miss you my friend. So many years knowing you since P&W almost 19 years ago. And since day one you were such an amazing guy with great spirits. My condolences to your beautiful wife, Celeste, and your family. Rest in peace my friend.

Tom, you're a good soul,  taken from this world way too soon.  I'll always remember the day I came to  
"quickly" drop off papers at your office because I was in a rush.  Five hours later, we were still sitting there, talking about life.  A small example of how you had the gift of making people want to be around you.  The memories they're now sharing of you come as no surprise.  May you rest peacefully friend.

This seems so surreal. After becoming close to Celeste for the last 6-7 years, I wanted to say that I’m so happy I finally got to meet Tom when we went to great adventure last year. I got to see his person, his personality, his ability to make anyone laugh. As long as I’ve known Celeste, she always spoke about the love they have for each other and would describe how their love journey began over 20 years ago during our countless lunch breaks together. I could see how connected they were and admired the fortitude they both had. Up until that day, he was a person I didn’t personally know but yet when I finally met him, I felt as if I’ve known him for years by the way she always spoke about him. I could see why she loved him. I’m just so sorry for this huge loss. My condolences to his wife and the Biniakewitz family.
