We are devastated to announce the passing of our incredible mom, Arlene Strauss Broad, on May 26th, 2023, at the age of 89. She passed peacefully at home, surrounded by pure love. The brightest light in the universe has dimmed. She was a cherished mother to Karen & Dale, loving mother-in-law to David & Nat, devoted daughter to Gertrude, loving wife to Stanley, treasured grandmother to Nikki & Rob and Adam & Jill, adored great-grandmother to Juliette, Jaxon, Georgie & Aiden. She will live on in our hearts forever.
A funeral service for Arlene will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Parkside Memorial Chapels, 114-03 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
