I'm not sure if you are still getting these but I worked with Yael at VNSNY and wanted to send my condolences. I heard a while ago and just found some photos of Yael which made me google to see if there was a place to send my heartfelt wishes. I work in marketing and Yael was so helpful to me and taught me so much.  I wanted you to know that she touched my life in the brief time I knew her and you should be proud.

I remember Yael very fondly from VNS in Flushing...very warm person, very bright..excellent RN...I was saddened to learn of her passing..my deepest condolences to her family.

For the Three short years I knew Yael at VNS, she was a warm loving person.  She loved her patients and the work she did sharing her incredible knowledge of diabetes.   I remember asking her one cold winter day where she was going ,  she said out to Staten Island and then Brooklyn then back to Queens.  “ I have patients who really need me”.  An incredible professional and brilliant women.  May she rest in the arms of the Lord.  She is dearly missed by all of us she so  openly and  warmly embraced as friends.

I trained Yael as a new visiting nurse in VNSNY. She was a wonderful soul and really loved the patients. She will be surely missed. Rest in peace dear friend.

Oh, Yael, I was thinking of you this week. Perhaps about the time you passed from this earth. While here you did so many wonderful things. You were an amazing wife, mother, nurse, friend, all around person. Thank you for being the woman you have been.  I’ve always felt connected to you. I’ll always remember, respect and love you. Joy

Yael & I worked together at VNSNY for many years...we became very close friends & shared memories together while living at Forest Hills...we do Zumba together at Lucille Roberts ...we lost contact after I retired to the Phils 5 years ago & just come back here in NY for a visit to families...I feel very sad not seeing her again but happy that she is now joined with her husband...May God  grant her eternal peace...I will miss her😢

Thank you Yael for your dedication to your profession, for being a great example, for teaching me so much, for always being willing to listen and sharing wise words in times of frustration at work... you always made me feel better after our conversations. I will look toward your desk in the Flushing office and truly miss you.
