Gene Albert Ramsey, age 92 of Lake City, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Gene was preceded in death by his son Clif Ramsey. He is survived by sons, Raymond Ramsey, Clay Ramsey, Russell Ramsey; daughters, Joy Ramsey, Janet Williams and several grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Ramsey will be held Friday, January 7, 2011 at 11:00 am at Forest Park Church of Christ with Minister Steve Vice officiating. The body will lie in state 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker. Family will receive friends Thursday, January 6, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
