Mrs. Linda Diane Stancell Bentley

Linda Diane Bentley, age 61 of Rex, passed away Monday, August 2, 2010. She was employed 11 years as a cashier with Walmart. Diane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 ½ years, John Lane Bentley, II; son, John Lane Bentley, III; daughter, Angela Bentley, both of Stockbridge; 6 grandchildren, Chris, Ashley, Dustin, Little John, Tyler and Devin; 4 great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Diane, Allen, Nathan Lane and Little Dustin; sister, Mary Jane Jones of Tyrone; her babies, Lindsey and Roddy and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Ward’s Parkway Chapel with Dr. Roger Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro. Family will receive friends Thursday, August 5, 2010 from 10:00 am to 8 pm at the funeral home. Diane loved life and lived it to the fullest making memories we will forever cherish. She will be missed.
