With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Brendon Anthony Alderson on October 28, 2026, at the age of 80.
Brendon leaves behind his beloved wife, Christine; his children, Brendon Thomas “BT” (Christine), Sharon (Ben), Debra and Jimmy (Katie); and his grandchildren, Alyse, Markel, Sidney, Louna, Stelo, Kaitlyn, Aiden Olivia, Hayley, Christopher, Elizabeth, Eli and Hannah, whom he adored. Jodie remained a cherished part of his family.
He is also lovingly remembered by his siblings, Yvonne, Colin, Lourdes, Douglas, Malcolm, Rae, Glenn and Tony. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Louisa, and his brothers, Desmond, Trevor and Cyril.
Brendon grew up in Karachi, attending St. Patrick’s school. His stories of back home offered his family glimpses of his younger years and the place he always held dear. After moving to Toronto, he met Christine through work, and they began their life together. He later travelled to India twice with his family, sharing his affection for the part of the world he came from.
Brendon loved horses and proudly supported family members who made them their profession. Above all, he loved having his family close—and would happily have had everyone living under one roof.
Forever loved and deeply missed.
Family will receive friends on Sunday November 1st at the Funeral Home from 130 until the time of services in the chapel at 230. A light lunch will follow.
