Junior passed away September 29th, 2026 in Niagara Falls at the age of 81 after a brief illness. A rugged outdoorsman, he will be always in the hearts of his Loving wife Cheryl, Cherished daughter Lisa and son-in-law Kevin.
He is survived by his sister Carol (Wayne), brother-in-law Wayne Savitz and his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by parents Lois and Elvin Elliott, Sr. of Crystal Beach.
Junior was happiest when surrounded by nature - he was outdoors more than he was indoors. Regardless of if it was the vastness of Northern Ontario or the simplicity of his back yard, being amongst wildlife, his pigeons and chickens, on his boats fishing or cycling - he was in his element. Elvin worked for over 30 years for Enbridge Gas, enjoyed most sports, especially hockey.
Benner Funeral Services has been entrusted with arrangements. There are no immediate funeral plans, a Celebration of Life will be planned and announced at a later date.
Special mention goes to the team at The Willows Retirement home for their care and compassion for Elvin.
