It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacob, who left us peacefully at Niagara Falls Hospital on August 14, 2026. Born on August 25, 1995, in Strathroy, Ontario, Jacob's life, though tragically short, was filled with love, laughter, and a profound impact on everyone who had the blessing to know him.
Jacob was a cherished son, brother, nephew, uncle, grandson, and a friend to many. He was a devoted boyfriend to Hannah Wezden and an extraordinary father to his five beloved children: Avery, Aryanna, Nevaeh, Bryson, and Knox. He is survived by his loving grandparents, Thomas and Cindy Lloyd; his mother, Tanya Lloyd; his brothers, Matthew, Nolan, and Alex; his sister, Abigail; his sister in law, Sydney Cudney; his uncles, TJ and Nick; his aunts, Tiffani and Rebecca; his best friend Eric Buck; and a host of cousins and other loved ones. Jacob was predeceased by his uncle Timothy Lloyd and his grandparents Ed, Colleen Hoover, Pat, and Art Lloyd.
For over ten years, Jacob took immense pride in working alongside his extended family at Circle P Paving. His dedication and work ethic were commendable and reflected his loving nature. Outside of work, Jacob was an avid sports fan, finding joy in football, golf, hockey, and horse racing. His enthusiasm and passion for sports were just a small part of what made him such a vibrant and engaging presence.
Jacob's heart was enormous, and his generosity knew no bounds. He was known for his willingness to give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His intelligence, humor, and unwavering dedication to those he loved were hallmarks of his character. Jacob approached life with a commitment that was both inspiring and admirable, always giving his all in everything he did.
Above all, Jacob loved his family more than anything in this world. His devotion to them was unparalleled, and his absence leaves a void that can never be filled. The world is dimmer without his radiant smile and infectious laughter.
To honor Jacob's memory, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. His legacy of love and kindness will continue to impact all who knew him.
As we say goodbye to Jacob, we hold onto the precious memories and the indelible mark he left on our hearts. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will live on through the love he shared and the lives he touched.
