Lois Evelyn Anzovino (nee Teal) passed peacefully into eternity on August 11, 2026 at the age of 81, surrounded by family gathered in love and prayer. Lois was predeceased by her devoted husband Joe Anzovino, parents John and Margaret Teal, and siblings Jim Teal and Jeanne McGuire. She is survived by son Dan and wife Sarah, daughter Debbie and husband Chris Rosettani, sister Sharleen and husband Gord Hannigan, brother Bob, and many nieces and nephews. Lois was the adoring grandmother of Paige and husband Cody Kraus, Joshua Rosettani and fiancée Aly, and Ben, Alex and Grace Anzovino. Her great-grandchildren Jade, Levi, Kip and Ivy Kraus brought her immeasurable happiness. Despite being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis as a young mother, Lois never let a complaint leave her lips. Her heart filled with faith and joy, Lois was a role model for us all. We credit her remarkable longevity to the dedication of Debbie and Chris who after Joe’s passing made Lois’s needs the centre of their lives. Lois was blessed to be surrounded by many exceptional people, including lifelong friend Mary Reinhart. Deepest gratitude to Dr. Kim Scher for his extraordinary attention to Lois’s health for more than 20 years, and to the nurses and personal support workers who delivered compassionate care to Lois at home.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at Windmill Point Church, 560 Stonemill Road at 11 a.m. Saturday October 10 followed by fellowship in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, please consider celebrating Lois’s life with a donation to MS Canada.
