Luigi Cardilli

Luigi was the beloved husband of the late Jean Marie who passed away in 2024. Proud father to Joanna (Anthony) Cardilli and Angela Pijl. Devoted Papa to Evangeline, Cameron, and Eden. Brother to his late sister Teresa (Giovanni) Maturani, sister Vincenzina (Alfredo) Cardilli and his brother Biagio (Paola) Cardilli. Uncle Lou to his many nieces and nephews.

Luigi was a lifelong employee of Abatement Technologies Ltd. (Harber Manufacturing) retiring after 55 years of service. He was passionate about his work and bringing Blair Harber's ideas into reality. He loved to travel back to Italy, his birthplace, where he truly felt at home. His weekend ritual of video calling his Italian relatives brought him so much joy.

Luigi can best be described as a funny, hardworking, kind, generous man who has made an impact on so many lives. He will forever have a place in our hearts

Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements.

A memorial service to celebrate Luigi's life will take place on Saturday, September 19, at 11 a.m..

Followed by a luncheon provided by Maria’s Catering at The Canadian Sportsman’s Club, 1436 Bertie St, Fort Erie.
