She was born on March 16, 1988 in Fort Frances to Douglas and Geraldine Olson. She lived in Fort Frances all her life. She loved to listen to music, loom knitting and going for walks along the water front. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, playing board games and Bingo, she especially enjoyed her time with her nieces and nephews. Holly loved life and inspired everyone around her to find the joy in each day.
Holly leaves behind her father Douglas Olson (Sandra Lutz); mother Geraldine Olson (Gary Woodbridge); sister Kristina Olson (Jannelle Andy) and their children Jonathon, Autumn, Serenity and Carter; step-brother Scott Holborn(Jenn) and their son Jacksyn; boyfriend Curtis Boivin; aunts and uncles Debra Wagner, Kathy (George) Nyberg, Ken (Jo) Olson, Dawn Olson, Kurtis (Val) Olson, Kaylene (Robert) Johnson, Colleen (Toby) Vennechenko, Mary Ellen (Bruce) Brigham, Patty (Brent) Kellar and Blaine Bullied; grandfather Gerald Bullied as well as numerous cousins.
She was predeceased by her stepmother Patsy Olson; nephew Reed; step sister Dienna Daw; grandparents Ken and Donna Olson; uncle Dan Olson, grandparents Nicholas and Lillian Ogier; grandmother Lorraine Bullied and uncle Larry Bullied.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Latter Day Saints in Fort Frances, ON, with a viewing one hour prior to the service.
The pallbearers will be Ken Olson, Robert Olson, Toby Vennechenko, Ryan Brigham, John Hendrickson and Evan Fisk. Honorary pallbearers will be all that were close to Holly.
