Adam Thomas Harsip

Adam grew up in Boxborough, MA, and graduated from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 2007. He then completed a post-graduate year at Thames Academy in New London, CT. He began practicing mixed martial arts while at school and it became a lifelong passion. He competed in some amateur MMA events and was a member of teams in New London, CT, Hartford, CT and Fort Lauderdale, FL. He later became a certified personal trainer where he enjoyed sharing his knowledge of fitness and nutrition. His kindness and humor will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother Lisa DiMarco Harsip and sister Jamie Harsip of Boston, MA, his beloved grandmother “Nana,” aunts and uncles, cousins, friends and teammates. He was predeceased by his father Barry Harsip. There will be private service and the family asks that In lieu of flowers donations may be made to NAMI of Massachusetts (namimass.org).
