Oh I am so sorry to hear this.  I just did a search after running across a Mark Tuenge. Alan was 16 days older then me and I met him at NDSU.  Did a little fun partying and Alan also volunteered to tutor me thru a bad Chemistry class.  He was good at Chemistry. Such good memories.  God Bless his family and so sorry he left us so early. Michele, My sincerest condolences to you and Alan's whole family on this saddest of occasions.  It brought me to tears when I heard of his passing.  I've known Alan for over 20 years and considered him a good friend. And in those years, although I would see him only a couple times during the year it was my pleasure to bring him a bottle of malt whiskey which he always seemed surprised and so happy to receive. And with that I will raise a glass to his memory for he will be sorely missed.  My sense of sadness and loss can only pale next to what you and your family must be experiencing and again it is with deep regrets that I offer my sympathy and condolences.

My sincerest condolences to you and all of Alan's family Michelle. It brought tears to my eyes when you told me of your husband's passing. Knowing Alan for 20 plus years and bringing my annual bottle of scotch to him that he liked so much, I will raise a glass to his memory with fond thoughts and deep sadness. My sadness of the loss of one I considered a friend can only pale in comparison to you and his loved ones, and my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

May God take Alan into his light and love, and my he rest in peace.

I cried when I first learned of Alan's passing.  I saw him once a year for 20 plus years, but considered him a friend, who lightened  and brightened my day. Sadly, I will never see him again. He liked scotch and I always had a bottle for him on my annual visits. So here's to you my friend, I raise a glass to your memory. I will miss you sorely. If there is fishing in heaven Alan, I hope you catch a big one.

I am so very saddened to learn of Alan's passing.  Though I only knew him a short time..he was always so cheerful and welcoming when we spoke.  Always ready to share a joke or a fishing story with me.  I am truly, truly sorry that I will never speak to him in person again. My prayers are with you. Alan was a great person, always laughing and so positive. I will miss his smile and will think of him every year at tax time. He always made April 15th tolerable! May God Bless him.

Alan was sweet and funny everytime I  got to see him. I'm so glad you two found eachother, Michelle. He is in our hearts forever. You and your family are in our prayers.
