Your compassion and humor are missed Aunt Angie.  Keep watching over us

To know Aunt Angie is to love her.  You could always count on her smile, her wit, her understanding and her love.  A determined lady who enjoyed life, family and friends.  Determined, she had Sue and I climb the outside stairs at the Fatima Basilica. I was more winded than she was when we reached the top!  What you always got from Aunt Angie was truth and love.  She will be missed but will always be in our hearts and thoughts.  

My father and I met Anne at the Tamarac Community Center for afternoon dancing several years ago.   She was extremely welcoming as she invited us to sit at her table.    Anne always extended herself toward us , was warm and genuine and just a pleasure to be with, always.   Her sense of humor was incredible and her attitude on life was inspiring.   She loved her family dearly and spoke of them often.  Anne was the epitome of  grace and gratefulness .   She will be truly missed.  Rest in peace, Anne Gallo.  You are one in a million!  

I HAVE SO MANY BEAUTIFUL MEMORY OF AUNT ANGIE .I remember going to work at FATIMA WITH her .Aunt ANGIE KNOW SHE WAS A SPEED DEMEN.WE WOULD LAUGHT ALL THE WAY .the fun we had .I REMEMBER ALL THE LONG TALKS ON THE PHONEi remember sending pictures and remember bringing my boys over you and uncleJoe wear so good to them .i remember all the great times we had .YOU WEAR THE GREATES aunt any one could ask for .YOU WILL BE MISSED WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH

Aunt Ange was an amazing woman. I remember sitting at my Mothers kitchen table and listening to  all her stories. Or the  times they would make the  home made pasta on Ferry Street. She was loved by all that had the privilege to  know her. Aunt Ange left her mark on all that knew her. I am so glad that I was a part of her life. Love you Aunt Ange       Yvone

Jenette and I started working together 35 years ago. Through Anne’s  visits to the dental office I was fortunate enough to receive some of her pearls of wisdom. One that has remained with me is the lesson she taught me about the value of  friendship
The other lesson I learned from her was by listening to Jenette tell me about stories  about her Mom. From those  stories I garnered how the power of positivity is the best way to live. . I always say “ When I grow up I want to be just like Anne Gallo”

“Aunt Angie” as I knew her, 
always made me laugh and always passed on a truth about life’s philosophies. I learned a lot from  Aunt Angie  and always will treasure those memories.  She was loved and set an example of the strength of living a good life!  


My dearest memories of Anne are her sharing stories about her   early family life, which she told with such humor and insight, and her eagerness to tell me how much she loved and was so proud of her children,  Jenette and Joey, but never failing to remind me that her son-in-law Bob was also her son as far as she was concerned.  She was such an inspiration to those of us growing older, setting an example that will live on.  

Although I never had the opportunity to meet Anne, I have known her beautiful daughter for a number of years. She obviously was a lovely mother who raised a beautiful daughter that has a very big heart and warm personality. May our Lord take her into his arm and give her peace. 

Thank you for sharing such beautiful pictures from Anne’s long and well-lived life.  We will never forget her lemon meringue pies, her hugs and kisses, her energy and generosity, and Italian restaurant Christmas Eve dinners before church! Love and condolences to Joe, Jenette and Bob.
