Charlotte was born in Atlantic City, NJ on June 13, 1950. She went to school at Atlantic City High School New Jersey. She graduated from St. Thomas University. Charlotte worked as a police officer for Pompano Beach Police Department now known as The Broward Sheriff’s office for 34 years
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents Franklin Kemp and Estella Kemp.
Charlotte Kemp is survived by her sister June k. Hayes (Jack Hayes), her brother Wayne F. Kemp, nephew Franklin Hayes, Brian Hayes (Kim Hayes) Great nephews Jacob Hayes, Brayden Hayes, Dylan Hayes, Kai Hayes, Kody Hayes.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Broward County.
