Eileen M. Higgins

Born and raised in Orange, NJ she attended Saint Rose High School in Belmar, NJ and was recognized as a talented performer. After high school, the former Baby Parade Queen and Cadillac Girl traveled the world performing in many Broadway productions with her extraordinarily beautiful voice. In 1958, she met the love of her life, Joseph J. Higgins, and married him on June 18, 1960. They were a dynamic couple; their love was and continues to be inspiring and timeless. Mrs. Higgins, a woman of great faith, continued singing at church and will always be remembered for her devotion to her husband and family, her kindness, understanding, sense of humor, and wisdom. A member of many social groups, she is deeply missed by family and friends alike.

She is survived by her two sons, Joe and Jamie; her two daughters, Peggy and Eileen; ten grandchildren whom she dearly loved: Sarah, Jeanette, Eileen, Dylan, James, Shannon, Joseph, Sarah, Ethan and Morgan; and a great grandchild Drew. She is also survived by her brother Lawrence Michael Moran; and her daughter-in-law, Mary Rose and sons-in-law, Michael Heger and Victor Faradji.
