Gregory Delatour

Gregory Delatour, is a beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin, and friend. Greg Delatour was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 12, 1970 and passed peacefully in his home on July 24, 2023 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was an individual of great strength and vibrancy whose absence will be deeply felt.

Among Greg’s many accomplishments, the one he was most proud of was raising his two beautiful children, Savannah and Tristan. He cherished his role as a father and his children were his entire world. He fought valiantly to spend quality time with his family.

In this moment of sorrow, we remember Gregory, not for the battle he fought, or his untimely departure, but for the amazing life that he lived. His laughter, love, and enduring spirit will forever burn brightly in our hearts. As we mourn the loss of this remarkable man, we also celebrate his life, his accomplishments, and the wonderful person that he was. Greg’s life and passing has impacted us all profoundly. He has won the fight and he is now eternally healed, by the loving grace of our Almighty Father.

Gregory is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Sarah Delatour, his daughter Savannah, his son Tristan, his mother Yverose Charles and his brother Patrice Delatour, and his beloved nieces, nephews, and God-children.

A visitation for Gregory will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, 2101 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 2101 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. A committal service will occur Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2401 Davie Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33317.
