Guy Raymond Markley III

Guy was born to Pastor Guy R. Markley Jr. and Delcarol Markley on November 10, 1969 in Hollywood, FL. From childhood, his faith in the Lord was unwavering and he shared it with those around him. His life represented God’s faithfulness and blessings. He was an associate at Abundant Living Ministries (ALM) where he met his wife, Maria. At ALM, he played guitar in the worship team and participated with Fishers of Men.

He was a dedicated husband who loved his wife. Maria was the love of his life. Their relationship was the epitome of friendship, mutual respect, sincere understanding, and honest pure love. Their love blossomed over time and their faithfulness in their walk with God only strengthened their bond.

The apple of his eye was his daughter, Gianna. It was Guy’s honor and privilege to be her father. She was a gift that God made specifically for him. He showed Gianna what a man of God and father should be. He read the Bible with her nightly, prayed and taught her that her trust should always be in God above all else. He loved being a father to his daughter and his daily actions and words reflected it.

Guy was dedicated to God, his faith, his family and his friends. His selflessness and compassion were shown in his daily actions. He was a provider to his family and took pride and joy in it. In addition to being a father and husband, he was a wonderful son, brother, nephew and uncle. He was a positive and extraordinary friend who lifted his friends up and always available to give a helping hand.

Guy joins his mother, Delcarol in Heaven. He is survived by Guy R. Markley Jr (father), Enid Markley (step-mother), Maria Markley (wife), Gianna Markley (daughter), Brenda Markley (sister), Carolyn Terracciano (sister), Richard Terraciano (brother-in-law), Brenlynn, Elizabeth and Joseph Terracciano (nieces and nephew), Alana Bott (aunt) and Stan Turer (uncle).
