Jahari Christopher John

“Hari “

Jahari will still our light he was purely living up to meaning of his name, Young Strong and Powerful. A contagious smile a magnetic energy he was a light as he walked in any room no darkness surrounded him. Personality unforgettable with kindness and silliness. He knew and touched so many people.

Jahari was born 3/14/2001 at 2:00 am in Hollywood FL at Joe DiMaggio Hospital 10 lbs. 14 ounces 23 inches long. The sound of his voice was so Angelic, on that day you made your parents Jayson and Natalie experience unconditional love. “We were blessed”. The Nurses called him the Champion in the nursery amazed how big and beautiful.

Jahari is taking care of his family even after death “FAMILY” He never had a bad thought or bone in his boy. He loved Cars, Bemmer, he was great with hands he exuded love and care for everything. He had such an old soul and you could see it in his eyes. His grandmas were his pillars. With that, our village was strong, and it’s not blood that makes us Family. His mom was the love of his life.

On October 19, 2020 Hari passed away in a tragedy on a raining night. After that, for 5 days it did not stop raining. The Lord called his angel home, and even though he went home, he continues to touch hearts of many.

Jahari attended Tropical Elementary, Seminole Middle, South Plantation high school, and Broward College. I never seen him doing homework but he Aced everything. His teachers always convey that nothing was too hard for him to learn.

This is from Jahsoni:

Jahari was the best brother I could’ve asked for. Living life like a true cowboy doing exactly what HE wanted. There’s never going to be a person like him again for decades to come. Even though he shined so bright he saw the shine in me and always encouraged that. He loved and lived his life to the fullest and no one can take that away from him. In my heart he’ll never die because he gleamed so bright and that’ll never change.

Jahari leaves his loving memories, his devoted mother, Natalie John, his father, Jayson John, his brother, Jahsoni John, his sister, Nilaja John, his sister, Nayeli John “Nelly Belly.” His grandparents Jennifer Witter, Jennifer John, Lashaunda Shaw, Stephen Cousins, Justin John. His uncles, Santino Williamson, Christopher Cousins, Shun Shaw, Stephen cousins, James Cousins, His Aunties, Ayana Patterson, Sherrie Cousins, and Keke Shaw. His cousins, Krissy, Desire, Asia, Jada, BJ, Jada, Chad, Stephen, Brooklyn, Santino Jr, Jayla , Kayla, Keon, Denim, Chole, Peaceful, Christopher.

Jahari will be dearly missed.

I miss you immensely Jahari, i miss when you used to pull up to my crib blasting fast music, I miss your laugh, I miss your goofy jokes and your goofy walk. I miss when you used to tell me where i was going wrong. You saw the best in me and always told me I could go places with my talent, every time i showed you a new piece i was working on you hyped me up so much, in those moments i really felt appreciated. There were many times we disagreed on things but you were always there for me no matter what and I'm eternally grateful to have walked on this earth the same time you did. I'm gonna continue living like u did, like nothing is promised and to live every day like it's my last. I love and miss you so much, we'll meet again soon <3

All you left me with was memories. I’ll miss seeing you get to it and when I get to it I’ll make sure they know who and why it motivated me. I met you senior year and in culinary we were always the ones joking having fun. If I ain’t show up you would FT me asking where i’m at and i’d do the same for you. We wasn’t the closest friends but seeing how you always got to it will stick with me for the rest of my journey, until I see you again.

Jahari and his family live next door to me. From the first time I met him I knew he was a special young man. He was so thoughtful and always asking if I needed help and if I did he cheerfully came and helped. Never met a more polite young man. I know he is watching down on his incredible family whom I've become very fond of. Rest in Peace and fly high with the angels. Until we meet again.
