Mrs. Crankshaw was born Feb. 10, 1946 in Cortland, N.Y., the daughter of Frederick L. and Josephine A. (Fisk) Ingraham. She married David C. Crankshaw in 1967.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Mrs. Crankshaw retired from County Government in 2008.
She is survived by her husband David and two children: Mark (Virginia) Crankshaw of Gainesville, VA and Christina (Peter) Oscsodal of Mount Wolf, PA; and three grandchildren: Catherine (Zachary) Piesecki of Lancaster, PA; Kassandra Crankshaw and Nikos Crankshaw both of Gainesville, VA. Two sisters: Lois Ellis of Cincinnatus, NY and Jean Covert of Groton, NY.
She was predeceased by her parents; three brothers, James, Robert and Richard Ingraham; and one sister, Patricia Lambert.
Cremation will take place. Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Plantation, FL is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in the family plot in Taylor (NY) Rural Cemetery at a later date.
A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Fort Lauderdale, 101 SE Third Ave. , on June 26, 2025 at 1 p.m.
