On June 11th, 2025 at 7:54 AM, Thomas John DeRosalia passed away and went to heaven.

Born January 31st, 1954.

(Tommy) comes from Brooklyn, NY. Son of Salvatore and Dorothy Fugina (Dottie) DeRosalia. Tommy leaves behind: Brother to Frank (Angela), John (Stephanie), Joe who has gone before him. Beloved Father to Jennifer and Allyson. Grandfather to Steven, Craig, Jayda, Ben Ben, Bella, Jaxen, Mia. Loving Great Grandfather to Adrianna, Alaiya, Harper, Avery and Steven.

Tommy earned his degree from NYC in Business Administration and was an Ordained Minister. He was a resident of South Florida for the past 38 years. Married to Joanie DeRosalia who he met in ministry 22 years ago and who also served alongside him in Ministry, including Boca Raton Community Church Griefshare Ministry. Prior Minister for The Homeless Ministry for 10 years, Service Over-site Leader, Benevolence Outreach, Men’s Discipleship, Biblical Counseling, Family and Small Group Ministry.

Above all else, Tommy was a man full of wisdom, warmth, humor and deep compassion. He had a way of making everyone feel seen and valued—whether through a perfectly timed joke, a long conversation over coffee or a quiet act of kindness no one ever knew about. His love for his amazing and devoted wife and family was constant and unwavering, and he never missed a chance to brag about his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the kind of man who showed up—who prayed hard, loved fiercely and made sure the people around him knew they mattered. Tommy’s legacy isn’t just in the ministries he led, but in the countless lives he touched simply by being himself.
