Barbara is survived by her husband, Billy Smith; her mother, Marta Czajka; her children: Kamil Rogowski and Monika (Maciej) Zalachowski; her grandchildren: Nadia and Aidan, and her sister, Jolanta (Michal) Dodaccy.
Barbara was a beloved wife and mother. She enjoyed sewing and her crafts as well as spending time in the kitchen making traditional Polish foods and other, sometimes new, culinary creations. With an ear-to-ear smile that lit up the room, she was witty and caring to all.
Barbara will be sadly missed by all, and will always be loved, remembered, and cherished in our hearts.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Sarasota National Cemetery 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
In honor of Barbara memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
