Frances is survived by her husband, Clay Brewer; children: Dawn Niebuhr, Patricia Mayo, Jayme (Richard) Alechko, Timothy Niebuhr and Daniel (Ann) Niebuhr; grandchildren: Ryan Mayo, Samantha Alechko, Natalie Alechko, Jesica Niebuhr, Jason Niebuhr, Andrew Niebuhr, Lily Niebuhr, Abby Niebuhr and Reagan Niebuhr and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Anna and Clemons Baumeister and siblings: Ernest, Ericka and Anna.
