Gerald Edward Wolski

Gerald is survived by his wife, Debra Wolski, his six children Gerald Wolski, Jr of Chicago, IL, Thomas Wolski (Ellen) of Plainfield, IL, Robert Wolski (Barbie) of Lake Geneva, WI, Linda Morehart (Jason) of Troy, MO, Joseph Wolski (Amy) of Lake Geneva, WI, Debra Wallace (Jess) of New Zealand and their mother Barbara Wolski ,two step-children Lisa Sherman (Matthew) of Nashotah, WI and Paul Ochs (Mari) of Hermantown, MN. He was a wonderful and loving grandfather to his eleven grandchildren – Connor, Michaela, Alyssa, Everett, Soren, Adam, Megan, Joey, Kaylin, Kori and Vinson. He was also survived by his sisters, Arlene Talbot of Fox Lake, IL and Rose Rokosz of Burbank, IL.

Gerald was born in Chicago, IL, was a long-time resident of Lombard, IL and retired to the beach in Fort Myers, FL. He was an active and dedicated member of the Catholic Church of the Resurrection of our Lord Church in Fort Myers where he volunteered his time.

Gerald, JerBear, Jerry, husband, father, grandfather shared his love of life, telling of stories and friendship to all.

The service in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin will be officiated by Father Jack on September 26th at 11:00 AM at the French Country Inn. Guests are welcome to arrive at 10:30 with a celebration of his life to follow. A service is scheduled for October 9th at 10 a.m. at Catholic Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord, 8121 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers, FL., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
