Dear Dr C, thank you for being such an amazing person. You were far more than a doctor, you were an incredible human being whose empathy and kindness made all the difference in the lives you touched. You are missed, but your memory lives on in the lives you touched.

This is a man that will be truly missed. A man that not only was a doctor for my son, nephew and grandson but a man that was a great friend. A man that  my son respectfully considered as an Uncle.  The laugh was contagious, the smile bright, and the M and M's container was full. I think this is the first tear that I have shed since I heard the news.
