Dear Cuz,
It's still a shock to know your not here. Man, I remember the times I went to your house, played video games with Javilito, staying over going to the pool the next day and just messing around having laughs. So many memories, so many good times. Like I told you cuz in your last moment I love you and thank you for being apart of my life.Tell grandpa, grandma, great grandma, tio fernando and tio louie I said Hi. Love you cuz.

Jay, you will be dearly missed.  You are now with all the Angels, your Dad, and Jesus Christ.  God Bless you and your family.  Also, say hello to your dad, Fernando, who we also miss.  Love Joyce and family.
