Jack Shea made everyone feel important and gave everyone their due.  He always had a good word and laugh for everyone in his path.  He had a big heart --I can hear him laughing now!  Everyone thought the world of Jack and he made Northern a better, more fun place to be.  Corinne McClintic

I can still see Jack's salt and pepper hair, glasses, and that smile!  We in Personal Banking Marketing shared  B-12 with the Bond Dept./NTSI back in the day.  My condolences to Jack's family.

Jack was very special to me and was responsible for bringing me to the Northern almost 24 years ago.  I sat next to Jack for several years and learned the art of selling, the importance of mentoring and the ability to make work fun.  I'll always appreciate the experience of knowing him, calling him my friend and enjoying his bigger than life personality.  My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Jack was a fine gentleman and professional who represented the Bank very
well, and was a real asset to his clients.  Great personality and a ready smile
that made him extremely engaging.

I always enjoyed being greeted by Jack, with a big smile and a big welcome; it didn't seem to matter why I was coming toward his desk. I considered Jack the knowledgeable salesman he was. He knew his clients and the marketplace in which he was dealing. When I was a new Northern guy, Jack was always willing to take the time, show me the ropes and teach me things I could use. For me, Jack made the 12th floor a better place to work!

He was the first person to take me to a golf outing and he prepared me well for the experience; that is except for my golf game. I learned a lot from the experience and remember it well!

I send along my prayers and condolences to the family!

I will always remember Jack as being bigger than life.  Everyone at Northern Trust knew and loved Jack. Stephanie and family, please accept my condolences.
