Mom, I thought this would not take any posts, so I'm a little late from the 1st
as your one year in heaven, with the rest of our loved ones! Bless her heart, Teresa got a post to her granny! I can't believe its one year already and I'm still trying to deal! Missed you at reunion!

I was so "Blessed" to meet and be friends with such a "Beautiful Lady" ! She was no stranger to "LOVE" for her family. She lived long before her years. She was doing things other people only dreamed of and never took no for and answer if she knew she had her mind set to do it she would! I will always hold a special place in my heart for her. Dear Shirley, Gary, Janice and other family members,
Our beloved family Matriarch has been called home to spend her eternal life with our Lord, Jesus Christ, and the rest of our family that have gone on ahead.  I feel in my heart there was a time of great celebration when she was greeted at the Pearly Gates and God must have said, a good job well done, my good and faithful servant.  Aunt Kat was a strong woman and was highly respected by her family, friends, and all who knew her.  She will be greatly missed.  However, she did leave with us the legacy of a compassionate heart for others and the knowledge of how to be good caregivers to those in need.  She set the example with her deeds.  She was a glowing mentor of how one should love, care for, and honor ones parents.  Plus, she was always there for me, from my early childhood until now, with words of wisdom and advice that were lavished with love, respect, and kindness.  To say, I will miss hearing her sweet voice and her grand laughter, is just a scratch on the surface of my aching heart.  Her passing from our presence leaves a very large void in my heart that can only be filled with the knowledge that she is now home; in a better place, the place that Jesus promised he would go and prepare for us.  I will hold on to all the wonderful memories of my time spent with her and with the knowledge that I will see her again someday.  I love you Aunt Kat; until we meet again. Love and prayers to all of you. Our heavenly Father carries us during times as this. Aunt Kat is walking and talking with our mama ( Iva Gibbs Teele) and all brothers, wives, sister and family that have gone on before her. God bless you all.

I'm going to make sure her great great granddaughter knows just how much she meant to us and that she will watch over us forever until we meet again~

Shirley, you took good care of your mom.  So glad we came down to visit with her and see all of you again.  I have a lot of fun memories of her.  We will keep all of you in our prayers as I know how much you will miss her.

We are so sorry for your loss but Aunt Kat is finally home and at peace with all her loved ones.  May the Lord help you to find peace and happiness in your own lives.

My grandma's light will shine forever in my heart through my memories of her. Her smile makes me smile & thats the way I will remember her beautiful face. I can' t wait to see you again granny, till then i will miss your physical presence & I LOVE YOU & I'm greatful to have had you as my granny!

Mother, I will be lost without you, but I know for fact that you are with Mama Teele(Teal) and probably planting rose's already with Mama and Uncle Oather and all your loved ones you've missed SO much!  I just hope to join you someday! FYI for those who did'nt know, Mothers name was "Louise
Kathleen Teele" she chose to use Kathleen and that's what we all know her as! You are not gone to me, but with me in everything I will do from now on! 24/7 for 20 years is a lot of memories and lots of flowers & rose's.  I love you so much!
