Kevin is survived by his parents, Tally & Martha Carter of Alva, FL; children, Megan Terry, Erin Carter and Colton Carter all of St. Cloud, FL; grandchildren, Autumn Terry, and Aleigha, Sophia & Giovanni Cozzaglio all of St. Cloud, FL; brothers, Keith & David Carter both of Alva, FL; sisters, Cyndi Allen and Karen Roberts both of Alva, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews and many close friends.
